RRRANTS NEWS

Whilst December 2015 sees the end of three of our ongoing events; as ‘Zone 7: The Lyrical Cabaret'; ‘RRRANTANORY Little Stories (Coco)’ and ‘Coco Comedy Club’ come to their respective ends, this is NOT the end for RRRANTS!
From February 2016, ‘RRRANTANORY at The TeaBox’ will relaunch as ‘TEA SHOP TALES’, continuing our long term association with Gemma & Mike Desouza at The TeaBox in Richmond, with original bedtime stories and poems for adults, being performed between 8pm and 10pm on the first Friday of every month (Feb-Dec). This will be our fifth year at this popular Surrey tea shop and we have a fantastic line up of regular; home grown and brand new tellers warming up for your delectation……

Some lovely reviews from some lovely people:

“It’s the end of an era. Many thanks for organizing it through the years. I wouldn’t be the performer I am now without what you’ve done!”~ PhilfyPhil Alexander, parodist and comedy songwriter.

“You are great folks!”~ Martin Stephenson, legendary singer/songwriter and all round smiley man.

“So glad you guys were part of us here!‘~ Beth Devonshire, (owner of Coco Deli, home of CocoComedyClub; Zone 7 and RRRANTANORY 2013-15)

…‘Rrrants brings the best of everything, from music and poetry to storytelling and stand up, to venues across the South East. It does more to support emerging performers; setting the stage to show their stuff to new audiences, than any other gig of its type. A fresh, vibrant and varied showcase of all that is great on the burgeoning live arts circuit.’ ~Richard Frost, poet and host of MK’s Scribal Gathering and Hoodwink Elixir 2014
