Glastonbury 2015

Fantastic audiences, lovely atmosphere and surrounded by incredibly talented and gorgeous people. Huge THANK YOU to Benita and the crew at Poetry and Words and Jules and the team at Mavericks, twas a pleasure and a privilege and we salute you for all the hard work that we know goes into the before, during and after.

THANK YOUs to Worthy FM and all the smaller stages that welcomed The Antipoet with open arms and trusted their microphones to them – especially Gabriella at GreenPeace stage and Tim Fulker at the Banjo Stage, who doesn’t want to play on a giant banjo?!

‘The Edinburgh Fringe In A Nutshell’

1st July sees the London launch of Paul’s new book, ‘The Edinburgh Fringe In A Nutshell’ published by Burning Eye Books. Doors open at 7.30 and event starts 8pm at Coco Cafe, Watford road, Croxley Green. Herts. WD3 3BZ.

Local Launch night of Paul Eccentric’s new book, with Paul giving snippets into the craziest 3 weeks of the year! Free event. Come, laugh and celebrate with us and yes, there will be cake ūüôā Acts confirmed so far are Comedian Chris Coltrane, Poet Paul Lyalls, Actress Julie Mullen, producer John Fleming and the award winning Rob Auton, along with The Antipoet with more to follow. This year’s gig diary is rapidly filling up. After a wicked first gig at The Live Music Project Acoustic Caf√© sessions, Polkabilly Circus are performing at the following:

New Stageplay – ‘United We Fall’

“When a plane flying back from The World Cup crash lands on a deserted island, the only survivors are the pilot, an air hostess and two England fans…”

Originally conceived and performed as a radio play, Paul has been busy working on adapting his original idea to a stageplay

There will be two dramatic readings Р one at The Tea Box on the 6th of March and another on the 12th of March at Coco Cafe in Croxley Green

It was our aim to have a site up and running before the New Year and it looks like we’ve cracked it!
